This three story mixed use building in Benicia’s Historical District finished in 2009 has residential space above and commercial space at street level. It features Insulated Concrete Form construction, travertine and stained concrete floors, and radiant heat throughout. The builing has 3 1/2 times the floor space of the building it replaced and 1/4 of the PG&E costs. |

| Fox Cottage is a one story unreinforced brick cottage that was on a lot the new cafeteria was to be built for the University of California, Berkeley. The University was committed to relocating this historical resource. We worked as a subcontractor for Hunt Construction doing the necessary structural work getting this building ready for the house mover to pick it up and move it. |

We put a new foundation under the old Pacific Motor Boat Club, built in 1913, on the beach in Belvedere. We worked around the tide, weather, city working hours and subcontractor's schedules to complete this project on time and under budget. |
